《使命召唤：现代战争》（2019）的开发商Infinity Ward公布了游戏的新补丁，除了修复了bug和提升游戏稳定性之外，还调整了性能有误的725双管霰弹枪。
725双管霰弹枪此前一直是游戏中的“神枪”。它不仅威力巨大——一般第一枪就能消灭敌人，而且杀伤范围异常的高，根据外媒测试，如果玩家给此枪加上monolithic suppressor插件，该枪的射程加上威力甚至可以媲美狙击枪。这显然对通常用来近战的霰弹枪是个异常特性。
根据官方消息，此次的补丁会同时在PS4, Xbox One和PC平台上发售。新补丁将会大幅降低725霰弹枪的射程。各类突击步枪的腰射（hip fire）弹道散布也会调整。M4步枪的伤害削减，EB-14和FAL的瞄准速度加快。

此外，1.07补丁还会提供自游戏发售后的最大一次内容更新，将添加免费地图和新模式。
